June 9, 2016
Thank you for enrolling in the 2016 Wisconsin High School Baseball Showcase. Please visit our website for the event schedule and team assignments listed under Wisconsin HS Baseball Showcase.
Please arrive 45 minutes prior to your first scheduled activity each day. (Example: Team #9 is scheduled to begin skill testing at 2:00 p.m., players should arrive at 1:15 p.m.). All players must check in at the blue tent located next to fields each day. It is very important for each player to be well rested before the event. All players should make sure that they are in shape and ready. Your first impression to a collegiate coach or scout may be your only impression. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of “being ready.”
Please Bring the Necessary Items
Baseball pants (gray or white), glove, baseball shoes, bat, jacket, supporter and cup, high school baseball cap, batting helmet, and baseball socks.
Players are encouraged to bring their own catchers gear. We provide it for the games if you do not bring your own excluding the glove.
Game T-Shirt Top:
All players will receive a game t-shirt top. You will be assigned a number and color that will be used by the scouts to identify you during the Showcase. We recommend that you arrive at the fields dressed and ready to go. Look like a player who is serious about the game when you arrive!
Minnesota / Wisconsin Challenge
The Showtime Sports staff will be evaluating the players during the Showcase. We will select 15-20 players to represent Minnesota and participate in the Minnesota/Wisconsin Challenge which is tentatively scheduled for July 28, 2016. More details will be shared with the selected players after the showcase.
