MIDWEST FASTPITCH SOFTBALL SHOWCASE

Confirmation Letter

Thank you for enrolling in the Midwest Fastpitch Softball Showcase.  Please arrive at your reporting time per the schedule.  All players must check-in at the tent adjacent to the playing fields each day. It is very important for each player to be well-rested before the event. All players should make sure that they are in shape and ready. Your first impression to a collegiate coach may be your only impression. We cannot emphasize enough the importance of “being ready.”

Please bring the necessary items:

Playing Equipment:

• Glove
• Outdoor softball shoes/spikes
• Indoor shoes (no metal spikes allowed when using indoor facilities)
• Bat
• Helmet
• Uniform pants and playing gear.
• Catchers gear
• Socks – Colors will identify the graduation class of the player for easy identification by college coaches.

  • 2025 – White
  • 2026 – Green
  • 2027 – Orange
  • 2028 – Black

Showtime Sports will provide each player with a uniform game top.

All players will receive a game uniform top. You will be assigned a number and color that will be used by the coaches to identify you during the showcase. We recommend that you arrive at the fields dressed and ready to go. Look like a player who is serious about the game when you arrive! Concessions will be available during the event. Typical menu items include water, Gatorade, burgers, brats, nachos, etc…
